Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead both organic and paid social media efforts, crafting and executing innovative strategies that amplify our clients’ brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will create compelling content, track performance metrics, and stay ahead of trends to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, target audiences, and brand identities, covering both organic and paid campaigns.
- Manage and maintain client social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Write compelling copy for both organic social media content and paid advertisements.
- Script and produce video content for social media to drive engagement and storytelling.
- Foster community engagement by responding promptly to comments and messages, building relationships, and encouraging positive interaction.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to produce creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, and platform-native analytics. Generate detailed reports and offer actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to integrate fresh ideas into client strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships as part of social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, ideally in an agency setting.
- Expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Experience in copywriting for social media ads and organic content.
- Experience with video content creation for social platforms.
- Strong portfolio of organic social media work, including both B2B and B2C clients.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and connecting with diverse audiences.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and performance tracking.
Nice-to-Haves
- 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with additional ad platforms, such as Spotify, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, StackAdapt, etc.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello).
