The Tap is always striving to grow their brand, their footprint, and their incredible value into new markets, Their slogan, "Come as you are." is always at the forefront of everything they do.

Our Approach

Over a decade ago, the team at GO got to work on differentiating Wood-N-Tap from cookie-cutter corporate fast casual and casual dining chains. The challenge was finding the balance between offering a consistent, convenient, come-as-you-are dining experience while still delivering craft, custom, and connection to the local community. Starting with their media, GO was able to bring more value and exposure to their brand. Ultimately becoming their agency of record, we were able to implement multiple award winning campaigns from concept to delivery.

This latest campaign, “We take our craft seriously, not ourselves.” resonates within our own culture at GO just as much as with their own audience.


In 2023, Wood-n-Tap opened it's 10th location, the first outside of Connecticut, in West Springfield, MA.
